Pitch deck
Concept
Co-create our organized map
Problem
- Hard to go back and find places that have been shared on social media.
- The place where “want to visit” hasn’t been stored by communities.
- Can’t organize the information on existing map apps.
Solution
A map app which users can organize, search and share their information by communities.
We are going to use image recognition by applying machine learning to sort out uploaded photos by categories automatically.
Market Size
Product
- Users can create my map and group maps.
- Sort their posted information by channels such as sushi, cake, and trendy.
- People in the group can see posted information with maps and photos.
Business Model
We will monetize from both the enterprise and customer sides. Customers can get coupons from different enterprises by paying us the subscription fee and enterprises can reach potential target groups by issuing coupons.
Adoption Strategy
We finalized female university students as our core users after conducting 20 user interviews.
- Events such as the coming-of-age ceremony (20 years old) and entrance ceremony for university would be good opportunities to approach them efficiently.
- They are searching for nice cafes and restaurants on Instagram. Therefore, Instagram would be our important channel to reach them.
- People who love cafes would love to use Cocchi so it is a good offline channel to obtain users.
Competition
Cocchi is focusing on the closed community in contrast to Google map and Instagram.
Competitive Advantages
- One account for personal and group-wise map
- Automatic pin sorting by machine learning
- Searchability
- Pins on the map and photos are linked
- Design&brand
- Attracting group customers (For restaurants)
