This is our documentation of creating the service. We are going to cover here “Short, Medium and Long-term Plans”, “Network Effects”, “Marketing Mix (4P)”, “Technical Prototype” and “Working Prototype” (29/Jun/2020–12/Jul/2020)

We covered our overall idea on Vol.1.

The behind the research is on Vol.2.

We would like to share more of our detailed plans this time.

Short, Medium and Long-term Plans

Summary

We divided our strategy into three phases (“FUN”, “LIFE”, and “FAMILY”) based on our vision and mission.

Short-term plan

We defined a problem statement and built a hypothesis for each phase. Currently, we are focusing on “FUN” and prototyping it.

Medium-term plan

Long-term plan

Network Effects

Data Network Effect

We can suggest recommended areas and places according to the user’s interests by using machine learning.

Bandwagon (Social)

Using “Cocchi” will make you part of the “organized people”.

Market Networks (Direct)

The transaction will occur among the community after having enough community.

Marketing Mix (4P)

Here is the marketing mix of “FUN”.

Technical Prototype

Our first prototype was deployed. An update since last is a map function. The location of your added photo will be shown up on the map.

The left screen is for managing channels and the right screen is for the location detail screen. By clicking “Ats home” under the map on the left, you will be directed to the right screen which shows you more detailed information about “Ats home”.

Working Prototype

We modified the design for user testing, speeded up photo uploading, added channel function, and notification of new posts on Slack.

You can “Create a new channel”, “Add a new place” on the channel and “Add a new note” on the place by tapping a blue button.

Next Step

Test our working prototype with the user and verify our hypothesis through user interviews.
